ClutchLoop is in need of a Customer Service + Content Creation Specialist that understands both how to talk to customers and solve their issues and follow trends that work for the Brand and then executing on the steps necessary to create content with it. This role will start just with the Customer Service role but will quickly grow into the Content Creation aspect of it. The candidate will work directly with the CEO.

ClutchLoop is building a team of creative leaders that own their role and become heads of their departments. This position has growth opportunities including managerial responsibilities as ClutchLoop continues to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering Customers Questions
• Solving customers issues
• List the essential duties required to carry out this job.
• Research all platforms for trends and ideas
• Select trends and make plan for how to incorporate ClutchLoop
• Find actor (Influencer or Brand Ambassador) to make content
• Manage the production (remotely)
• Edit and post content

• Specific skills:
• Problem Solving and Creative thinking
• Understanding of Social Media and how to create Engagement on them
• Tech Savvy enough to understand Shopify
